Breakthrough 90 Minute Coaching Session
In this session we’ll dive into the top one or two issues that are tripping you up and keeping you stuck in your current situation. You’ll learn what actions to take to begin to move forward in a direction that motivates you. You’ll leave the session with a renewed trust in yourself. You’ll discover the right changes to make so you can move forward in life with more ease, confidence and enthusiasm.
Check Point 60 Minute Coaching Session
One week after our initial session, we’ll check in to see how you’re doing. We’ll review what’s working and what’s not, and make changes where necessary. We’ll get you going in the right direction so you can feel excited about your new outlook and confident that you can make it happen.
In between our sessions, you’ll be given short, daily exercises that take less than 15 minutes, designed to keep you engaged and moving forward. All action, regardless of size, will begin to create momentum for change. You’ll begin to feel optimistic and reassured that you’ve got what it takes to take control of your life.
Check Point 30 Minute Coaching Session
One week after our check point session, we’ll do one final check in to see how you’re doing and make any adjustments to your breakthrough action plan. You’ll leave the program well on your way to making the right changes and feeling confident and enthusiastic about your future.

Step 1: Select a day and time for your Breakthrough session and complete payment. When selecting a day and time for your session, be sure to allow yourself time to receive and complete the Discovery Questionnaire (Step 2) and submit at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session.
Note: Be sure to select your time zone so that the appointments show in the correct time zone for you.
Step 2: Within 24 hours of making your payment, you’ll receive an email from me with the Discovery Questionnaire and a brief Coaching Agreement.
